1. CLOTHING:

Wear dry, loose fitting clothing

Avoid any damp clothing, including sweat from exercise

You will be provided with socks, gloves, and protective undergarments

Remove all jewelry and metal accessories

Ensure that your skin is dry and free of lotions or oils
3. HEALTH

Avoid eating heavy meals at least 1 hour before the session

Remove shoes and any sharp objects from pockets. No keys, pens, pencils, lighters, or matches are allowed in the chamber

No cosmetics, perfumes, hair preparations, or deodorants are allowed in the chamber
2. HYDRATION:

Drink water before the session, but avoid large meals

Avoid alcohol or carbonated drinks 4 hours prior to the session
3. HEALTH:

Notify the therapist of any medical conditions, especially respiratory or sinus issues

Notify the therapist of any medications being taken, including non-prescription drugs
